So this isn't a total waste of space, I'm proposing "ass donut" replace "bagel" as the colloquial term for any insubstantial gift from a prominent game industry executive. Joke or otherwise, for employment purposes or not.
"Ass donut." That works so well, doesn't it? We could warn people, "Don't eat the ass donut," or "I ate the ass donut, I was just that hungry."
